This event was part of the European initiative for clean rivers. We spent a whole day building boats out of recycled and biodegradable materials. The strawberry season was coming to an end, so we reused wooden fruit punnets as the building material. Amazing, floating creations, inspired by the structure of a waffle, were launched shortly after the international Big Jump. None of the vessels (or builders) drowned.
